Have tried Aloe Vera and Manuka honey, any others?

sandblaster, it really digs out those dead cells
I always thought eating and exercising better would give you good skin.
and avoid picking at it or constant squeezing

Manuka is great. I would eliminate Dairy and Wheat for a month, and see how it helps. I would also detoxify the liver and bowel...when the septic tank backs up, or does not eliminate, the skin becomes the default organ of elimination (it is our body's largest organ). I would also take Borage Oil (GLA is anti-inflammatory), and Omega 3 Fatty Acids from Flax and Wild Fish.

Calendula spray. You can find it online at health food stores.

Also, keep it very very moisturized.
