At the White House website you are allowed to e-mail the President, VP, First Lady, etc... But there is a message that tells you due to high volume of e-mails your e-mail can not be answered.http://www.whitehouse.gov/contact/

Well, the public doesn't know his personal email. All the ones you find on sites go to his secretaries and stuff.
