The Articles of Incorporation are a seperate entity and the elements of taxation is determined by the I.R.S.....there are so many issues involved.
Do you intend to file a not for profit, for profit, need a tax stamp, etc.?
My advise is...don't play around with the I.R.S. Have an attorney draw up the articles of incorporation and ask about the laws of taxation, local, state and federal forms.
If you are the President and founder of a corportaion, you may have a responsibility for the company. Also, check insurance rates attributed to your efforts under the Articles of Incorporation before filing. That may be an added cost.
