if you have an ovary and a tube of any size you can get prenant, maybe a shorter tube will decrease the chance of another ectopic pregnancy. i know of a woman who had an ectopic and two miscarriages and had a baby. and another girl i knew had like 5 abortions and still got pregnant.

I have had a ectopic pregnancy and they saved my tube but after my 2nd child I had my tubes tied, that was 8 yrs. ago. I recently got remarried to a guy that does not have any kids,so, about two years ago I got my tubes reversed. I have one good tube and one tube that is quite a bit shorter than the other because of all the scaring on it. I got pregnant,3 weeks after my surgery. So! I would say that yes you can.

As long as you have a Uterus (A sac like structure, where most of the development of the baby takes place inside a female's body), you shouldn't be worried about getting pregnant seeing today's advancements in the modern medicine.
I assume that you have atleast one normal functioning Ovary (Female Egg Storage Site, from where it's released alternatively from Right & Left Ovaries to combine with the Sperm & in case of a successfull combination gives rise to foetus, which ultimately develops into a Baby), which is ofcourse compulsory for the process to start.
As you also have mentioned the presence of a partial tube, you have all the chnaces to conceive even naturally apart from cosidering methods such as Artificial Insemination/IVF.
With all the medical reports such as a detailed Physical & Bichemical Examination such as various Blood Tests, UltraSound Abdomen, Presence/Non Presence of other Chronic Diseases, Clinical Examination..Your Obs&Gyn. Dr. will be able to give you a fairly reliable chances of you getting pregnant..

Yes, like the first answerer said - if you have ovaries, a tube and a uterus, you can still get pregnant.

It may be more difficult and at some point you may choose to go on to IVF.
