I'm doing the divorce myself. Me and my soon-2-B-X both want to hurry things along. He's been gone since Feb 1st '05 and filed his self April 19th '05. However he didn't know how to do it and it was too much work so he quit and had the case dismissed. Now I've filed in Wayne County, MI and would like some advice on how to fill out the form and what form to fill out. At least an example of a motion would be great.
