Well... Just know it's never too late to say you're sorry and to make a wrong right. You can't change the past. However, you can learn from your mistakes in attempt to not repeat them.
Go outside, breathe some fresh air. Run or workout. You won't be able to think much when you're exhausted. Eat some thing, even if you're not in the mood to eat because you can get even more anxious and depressed if you don't nourish your self sufficiently.
Do some thing you enjoy doing, whether it be playing pool, watching television, driving, etc. Just do some thing. Otherwise, you'll be left with your thoughts and that won't help you.

I pray that you develop a rock solid personal relationship with Christ Jesus, so that you can always get back up with His help and let him wash you off in Jesus Christ's Blood whenever you fall/fail...and He promises that if you call on the name of Jesus Christ, the Son of the Living God, and believe in your heart that Jesus Christ rose from the dead, that He will answer you, heal you, and deliver you AND will, with the Blood, wash those sins right down the drain into the sea of forgetfulness so they'll never be remembered again...and He has promised to help you grow, change, and mature into a new person inside by the power of His Holy Spirit so that you can walk according to His Word, without wavering back and forth. Ask Him to show you how this is possible to truly be changed, and He will show you...ask Him to help you, and He will help you...never mind scoffers who might try to make you believe you can't change...you can but only by God's power.
May all of God's Love and Peace overflow upon you and overwhelm you through the blood of the Lamb Jesus Christ which is powerful enough to save even the greatest of sinners...for all of us human beings are born into this world as sinners, and Jesus Christ sent by His Father God to save ALL OF US, no matter where we're from or what we've done

Nice about you is that you have accepted that you have messed up ..It is good symptom and a good beginning to resolve ...Just do something you like very much before you start de-mess-up. I mean talk to a close friend whom you like very much..or read that book which made you very comfortable...or take a walk...All these will bring you positive frame of mind and pave way to clear up. I presume you messed-up a relation...if so just call back and talk.It appears very difficult to begin with but you realise how easy when once you start...communication generally debottle neck the issues. But you got to be honest in your intentions...Then you can sleep and dream well...good night.

Try writing it all down. It may help release your thoughts/feelings, thus help you put it in perspective. Perhaps it isnt as terrible as you may think. Dont be so hard on yourself. Consider an apology for your 'screw up'
G'luck! Please feel better.....sleep on it, tomorrow will be a better day!
