Is there a television channel devoted to the Canadian congress?

The reason for my inquiry is because in the United States there's the C-SPAN networks and I am wanting to know if one is active.

Canada doesn't have a congress. We have a house of legislature, and a senate, and yes, there is a channel for parliament, but I'm not sure where it is, or if its only on local cable networks.
