Do you eat right?? Do you get enough fluids(water; juice;electrolytes)?
You may think you are getting enough sleep. If you are very athletic and/or taking on a lot of physical and mental daily activities .....then maybe you need to get more sleep than you think.
Don't be a super heroe and try to take care of the world. Take care of yourself first.

If you just started sleeping late and waking up late too, its probably just your biological clock adapting. If you do this consistently, with the right amount of sleep, u shud be able to get rid of those eyebags eventually. Or some people do things like putting cucumber on their eyes tho im not sure what that does.
Anyhows, if you have dark rings around your eyes..maybe we can meet (: I just love women with dark rings around the eyes. Tho i dnt know why

Puffyness under the eyes can be buy using preparation H
Preparation H is a hemorroid treatment...it shrinks swollen tissues...a lot of models use it for eye puffyness.
Try using Garnier undereye cream. It really works sometime!!

I guess if you have some money in your pocket I'd seek a plastic surgon if your in the Las Vegas arena find Dr. John J. Minolini tell him Micah sent you if you do go in that way but beyond that don't worry about something as minor as eyebagss who cares if your eyes look like misplaced boobs I'm sorry I couldn't resist saying that :D
