this has a great range of audio conversion capabilities, including converting wav to mp3, with id tags etc.

If you have iTunes, that can do it for you...

1. Open iTunes.
2. Click "File."
3. Click "Add File to Library."
4. Select the wav file that you want to convert and click "Open."
5. Click "Edit."
6. Click "Preferences."
7. Click the "Advanced" tab.
8. Click the "Importing" subtab.
9. From the "Import Using:" dropdown menu, select "MP3 encoder."
10. From the "Setting:" dropdown menu, select a bitrate.
11. Click "OK."
12. Click "Library" in the left margin of iTunes.
13. Right click the wav file that you added to the library.
14. Click "Convert Selection to MP3."

Try using musicmatch jukebox. Download it, you'll find a file converter inside it. Access it from File->Convert files. If you have any problem you can contact me.

1. u can use a converter availbale on net

2. while rippin ur cd with media player 10 make sure that ur setting include ripin mp3 format. thats the easy way
