lt can happen...its called Enuresis.
lt's not a problem, only an embarassment, if it happened only once.lt occurs when one sleeps in unfamiliar surroundings, and didn't urinate before falling asleep. At certain times of the month too,esp just before a period, the water-retaining hormones can cause this in some young women.
lt only becomes a problem when it happens on a regular basis, and this suggests an organic or psychological cause.

It could have something to do with nerves and tension causing a deeper sleep to occur. I have had a close miss, when in my dream I was actually sitting on the toilet. Luckily I woke up just in time. I would advise doing a wee before going to bed, and not drinking too many liquids for at least an hour before turning in. This should reduce the chances of your bladder not being able to wait until the morning. If it is a problam of control, try an exercise whilst on the toilet whereby once you start to go, contract your muscles to make it stop, starts again, make it stop etc...and may you enjoy a lifetime of dry nights.

Sometimes when a person is in a very deep sleep they can lose the control of bodily functions. A boy may ejaculate in his sleep, this is called a wet dream. Even though he hasn't been masturbating, he still ejaculates.
The same can happen to a girl, she may have an orgasm and wake up very wet between her legs or have a wet patch in her knickers. Wetting the bed is rarer but it can still happen.

maybe she really has a problem w/ wetting the bed, but she only told you it was because of her dream. but i think it is very possible that she was in a deep sleep, and she lost control of her bladder.

It happens. In England when someone gets really drunk, they call it getting pissed. This is because they have a habit of peeing the bed when they get so drunk.

No. she should reduce the liquids she takes in the night and u can also help by waking her up say 2 or 3 times in the night to ease her self up. Who knows u may be helping her to learn how to train herself on getting to wake up while pressed.
