My friend's dog died eariler today. I have never met her in person. We met online and we've talked on the phone and in September we're going to be going to the same college.

I called her and she won't answer the phone and she won't reply to my text messages. I know what it's like to loose a pet. I had a dog for 10 years who was my best friend when I moved out of state and had no one to talk to. But when it happened to me I wanted a lot of people around me. Should I just give her some time or is there something else that I could do? I don't like to see people hurting and I just need to know if anyone knows of anything I can do for her.

You have understood the issues well and empathise with her.Such issues are best treated and healed by time.So for the present just say sorry to know the loss of pet(In a message) and leave her alone..thing will be all right soon...
