I love Lestoil on stains. Lipstick has an oil base, so you will want a cleaner that attacks oil. Take a cap of Lestoil cleaner and an old toothbrush and lightly scrub. Don't wash them in cold water. Warm or hot.

you any where near mexico? can you get your hands on mexican products?
many of the bar soaps from mexico can work miracles on the nastiest stains. there are many brands like zote, max and viva. they all work very well. the bars are usually oddly thick and smell pretty great. i grate them with a cheese grater into my laundry with each wash. for stubborn spots i hand wash. i've even removed grease stains after a wash and dry.

try using bar soap or dish soap. if this doesn't work than there is a product I get from my local dollar store that is called awsome. this should get lipstick out of saton sheets!
