Doesn't sound like he is very interested in being a good provider to you and any kids. Sounds very selfish.

Thats honestly really messed up of him.He should want to be there and help you mentally,physically and financially.Your the one he wants to marry so there should not be any kicking out....Talk to him about it.Its not like your not trying to get another job.I could see if you were being lazy but your not.You have the right to be pissed. Just talk to him about how messed up hes being and how its not fair if under different circumstances such as he getting laid off you would never do such a thing.

A guy that won't stand by you and support you in this innocent a situation how can you count on him being there through a health problem..or any SERIOUS problem??????..You are young intelligent and deserve better than he is willing to give..He did you a favor..at least you aren't married to that JERK!! Move on find a MAN next time..stop picking boys...there are men looking for a woman like you..you'll meet one soon..

Definately wrong!
If all he is concerned about is money rather than you then he is a worthless scum!
Think about this;
What happens if something serious happens like you get hurt and can't work or get pregnant. Is he going to kick you out on the streets with a broken leg or a newborn baby?
You WILL find another job. Some times it takes time.
The same goes with men too!

No, that's not cool. He's so wrong for doing that. Not very supportive is he? And to come to think of it one of the vows is "in for rich or for poor" Good thing you aren't married yet. Wow, that's like a huge slap in the face. You have every right to be pissed.

That's just totally messed up. You should be getting unemployment if you were layed off though. All I can think of is to him you are not trying very hard or at all, which is possable. Or he is a jerk and it is better to find that out now hun, at least you aren't married yet.

He doesnt love you. I would get a new job and a new man. I think you need to be independent first though. Love yourself and dont depend on others and it will be easier to find someone who is able to stand beside you and walk with you into the future
Good Luck and God Bless!!

Oh girl if he is not going to be there when the times are bad then get rid of his ***. What a piece of crap. So I guess he is obviously there when its good but when it starts to get a little rough he wants to turn tail and run. What a little boy! Send his *** back to pre-school and find you a real man!

For better or worse...for richer or poorer.
Those are marriage vows, I know, but if he wants to marry you his intentions should be the same.
If he's willing to do this to you now...what's going to happen if something REALLY bad happens..like you are disabled or something? Is he really going to be there?
Take this as a wake-up call and find someone who will honor and protect you as you would them.
