The American political landscape is much more diversified than being simply Republican, Democratic, liberal, or conservative. I for one, subscribe to a more libertarian philosophy.

I believe that the government's sole purpose is to exist for the benefit of its citizens in as noninvasive a way as possible. To accomplish this, the government's power should be very limited and law enforcement should cease to focus on what we might call "victimless" crimes that impede their ability to process and punish legitimate criminals.

In places where my views stray from the Libertarian platform, I generally side with conservatives (NOT post-Reagan neo-conservatives) who tend to agree with my commitment to free markets, a loosely regulated economy, and small government.

I am a republican because my voter information comes very delayed and I have had issues registered as other, my veiws are progressive, I believe in social justice and we are all human and are equally important regardless of financial status, and the democrat and republican parties both pimp out democracy to the highest corporate payer, excuse me lobbyist, both parties serve corporate interests over human health, justice and safety interests, anyone who can read can look up their voting history and see the facts speak for themselves the only big difference betwenn the parties is that the republicans are an organized group with more cohesiveness than the democrats, and I like to pick the lesser of two evils of the party that is actually going to win,not a marginalized party that only serves to take votes away from democrats and gives republicans a winning edge

Fiscally conservative, socially liberal. Which makes me a democrat all the way, baby! Clinton's policies led to a balanced budget and a shrinking deficit. Bush's policies....well, it goes without saying that Republicans, despite their constant whining to the contrary, are lousy money managers.

And don't even get me started on their small-minded, bigoted social "policy". Just look at the way the GOP trots out flag-burning and gay marriage every election, but then never do anything about either after the election is over. They manipulate their mindless sheep very effectively, that's for sure.

Democrat, and proud of it! I don't always agree with my parties leaders either, but the beliefs of the Democratic party are more representative of mine. They represent what freedom and a Democracy should be. Freedom for all people regardless of their gender, faith, wealth, or personal beliefs. We are losing are freedoms a little more every day in this country that is owned by big business and controlled by rightwinged zealots right now.
We need to stand up and take our country back, and regain our lost freedoms and respect in the world!

Liberals complain about everything and are all for abortion which is murder.
Why do you think democrats have a donkey instead of a elephant?

I'm 15 and not weak minded whatsoever, and stand strong in my beliefs. One nation UNDER GOD!!!!

Republican and proud. I believe in limited government with a strong military. I believe that decisions are best made by individuals and not by people in the government

i am other, to be specific im an anarchist, i belive in equality, peace, and anarchy. The only way we can be treated as equals is without a goverment, we do not need a leader, because that deprives us of our free will.
