I used to live in Orlando. October to early December. The weather will have cooled down significantly and the prices will much more reasonable. In the Winter you will have too many snowbirds, in the summer too many kids.

Depends on if your trying to avoid the crowds, weather, what?

Crowds:
Late January - Early March after winter break but before spring. Short time between April and May after spring break and before summer.
Late September - Mid November after school starts back up and before all the holidays.
Then it starts all over again, with a couple scattered here and there, but those are the main "slow seasons". Yes, there will still be crowds especially British people since that is when there kids are on break, but not as bad.

Weather: Pretty self explanatory...
Yes, it does get cold here, it does drop down to the 40's, even the 20's at night time. And it is not a dry cold, since FL is surrounded by water there is alot of moisture in the air, which makes it feel colder. I know people from the north that say it's pretty cold, and do wear layers.
Of coarse it gets hot here too, and once again dealing with moisture in the air it causes humidity and makes it feel a hell of alot hotter then it really is.
The nicest weather, I think, which isn't to hot/cold is late October time to mid December. Or Mid February to late May.
Of coarse these are the opinions from a girl who was born and raised in FL, so try and keep that in mind too.

Hope this helps, and you enjoy your time down here in the Sunshine State!!!

I'd suggest February through March as weather should have warmed up and not be raining and humid. June, July months are hot and very humid. Especially in the Animal Kingdom Park with all of the trees and plants.

Summer... I GUARANTEE YOU!!! It's warm and it's ok cuz you can get wet and stuff and the water rides. If you DO go in tha summer make sure to stop by Wet N Wild... It's the largest waterpark in Florida!

If you are going to Disney World I would recommend September, the lines are short and the weather is perfect.
