Your baby needs to nurse during takeoff and landing. Ear plugs won't help. As far as I know (I've flown a lot, but not on a lot of different airlines), strollers cannot be brought onto the plane. Usually, you check them *right* at the gate, just before you get onto the plane. The airline staff will stow it inside the plane (unless there are a lot of them and they won't all fit), then give it back to you as soon as you leave the plane. They may ask you to be the last off the plane to make this possible.

I don't think earplugs would do anything besides upset the baby. You should have a bottle or plan on breast feeding her during take offs and landings to make her ears "pop," and that's all you can do. Bring a pacifier if she takes one.

You can bring the stroller right up to the entrance of the plane--down the jetway--and then leave it there and it will be stowed for you. It doesn't have to be an umbrella stroller, either, it can be a big one-- just make sure you fold it! When you land, it will be brought right back to the entrance of the plane. At check in, ask them for a tag to gate-check the stroller. Be aware that you may have to wait an extra moment for them to bring your stroller back after you land, so if you have a tight connection to make, you'll have to hurry!

Don't be afraid to ask airline employees or even fellow passengers for help if you need it. Good luck!

I have flown with infants and never used earplugs. I gave them a bottle or pacifier during takeoff & landing.

Most airlines allow you to take a small stroller (umbrella stroller) up to the plane door, then they stow it for you.

No you have to check the stroller in. As far as earplugs, The Dr. told me to make sure she was sucking on a pacifier at take off and landing. (For her ears)

Your baby won't need earplugs to fly. I receintly flew with my baby also. She didn't even notice the difference in altitude. If you're concerned, try nursing her or giving her a bottle while you're taking off and landing. This will encourage her ears to equalize slowly with many little pops instead of one big one that may be uncomfortable.

You can take a stroller too. They will probably put it in a large plastic bag, and put it with the fragile items. God Bless

I don't know about the earplugs, but we were able to check our stroller at the gate. I would call the airline to make sure.

Yes you can take a stroller into the plane. The cabin crew will help you stow it away during flight.
