I started a new job and I don't want them thinking I'm a moron - although many of you will probably be thinking that ... Any ideas how common office phone network's voicemail systems work? Tell me how yours works and I'll try it at work tomorrow - it can't be that complicated.

I would think that the I T guy would do that or the company would set it up for you.

Ur also gonna have to get over feeling embarrassed asking your co workers for help. Thats why they're there to help u when u need it. If u don't start asking u could get into trouble ifsomething goes wrong and all u needed to do was just ask

Its been a while since I have worked in an office but there should be a button on your phone that says voicemail and just press it and it should prompt you to put in a password or what the next step to do is. Good luck!

Your IT department might have a tablet that will help you with voice mail, our firm have it
