I'm so sick of comcast cable co. We pay hoards of money and the service,(if you can call it that) is constantly going out. 3 wks ago it was tiles all over the screen after the picture went still. They "fixed" it. Today the same thing. again, they "fixed it"/ Now while watching a program, the picture went still and the screen black. I have had enough. I hate digital. I never had this problem before digital came into play. they say I can't go back to reg. calble because all cable will soon be digital. So is anyone else sick of paying outrageous prices for comcast and getting lousy service?????

I agree with you about Comcast's costs. The prices are crazy, but if you want cable, you pay the bill. We have comcast for cable and internet. At my house we thought it was cheaper to cancel our home phone and internet service and go thru comcast. I must say, I haven't really had a problem with them as far as not being able to get a picture. The problem that I have with them is that they don't keep track of my payments to them. Just this morning I was told that I haven't paid a cable since March 3rd! They wanted me to pay like 300 dollars to keep my service on! I showed them the reciepts from April and May and then they were like ohh sorry, we must have your account and some else's messed up. Here in my state they are trying to allow different cable companies access to consumers, just like they did with phone service. That is sure to bring down the high prices of cable.

I hate comcast! I had direct TV where I lived before but here there are buildings that block reception so I had to get comcast. It is way to expensive and the service stinks!

Actually, they've been great for me, so far. Good customer service and reliable connection. Beats the crap out of the satellite service I had for both TV and internet before.

Believe me, you need satellite TV! I went with DirecTV years ago and have had only a few hours when I could not view my TV. I also get over 250 channels.

I dont have comcast and dont want it at all. But I do believe comcast is going out of bussiness and if you they have alots of customers leaving them.
