Its got a bios setup....you need to watch the screen when it boots....at some point it will tell you what key to press....it may be quick so keep your eyes peeled! Usually its the delete key

Buddy,

Your Computer must have a BIOS and CMOS which is embedded in your Motherboard. These are embedded with the Basic ROM chip of the Motherboard.

Actually the problem is that, you may not have recognized the BIOS features in the system.

I will guide you to format you C:

First of let me believe that you have installed you Operating System in the C:
While formatting the C: all the information in your drive will be completely destroyed. The hardisk will have new tracks and sectors.

1.Create a boot disk.

2.Restart your system.

3.While Booting up press 'Delete Key'. This will get you to the BIOS setting panel.

There will be option to select the Primary Boot device.Select your boot drive(Of that of your boot disk.)

4.Save settings and restrart again.

5.Insert the Boot disk to the drive.

6.This will guide to another section

7.Finally it reaches to a command prompt.

8. Print // format C:

9.It will start formatting.

If you are sure that your motherboard have no CMOS or BIOS (Which is impossible), Contact your system Vendor. I am sure that they will help you in all the ways. And can make clear of your doubts.

If you format C, you erase the harddrive. It is basically starting all over from Day 1. Everything will be deleted off the PC that way.

Without the bios it is worthless and you need the cmos.
