You need to know the length of a line if you want to know the amount that it departs or its longitude.

If you want to know where on the globe that is... its someplace between seattle, washington and portland, oregon

Just a guess, but I would say the longitude for 66 degrees is 66 degrees, and the longitude for 19 "degress" is 19 degrees.

you have given insufficient information to give you a correct answer....66 degrees is a longitude, it can be either east or west of the 0 degrees Prime Meridian. Perhaps you meant where on the globe does the 66th degree longitude lie?

Longitudes are the north-south lines on the map. Are you talking east or west of the prime meridian? Longitude and latitude are both expressed in degrees,minutes,seconds. Clarify the question and you might get an answer.
