you will desire to no less than call his scientific professional. i might take him to the emergency room to rule out a testicular torsion (scientific/surgical emergency!). that is a varicocele, yet there's no thank you to be responsive to without having a physician have a glance at it. no less than they'll provide him soreness drugs and peace of innovations. do no longer hesitate, take him to the Emergency Room if his scientific professional isn't obtainable.

He may have hernia...that is the reason doctors poke your testicles during a physical examination.

Get him to the doctor quick...sorry to tell you but your BF may need surgery.

it is either a varicocole (varicose vein) or mild epidymitis

neither is life threatening (not testicle threatening!) but he should get them checked by a doctor as both can be treated

He needs to see a doctor tomorrow! It could be cancer or another problem. No one can diagnose without seeing him.

He needs an ultrasound of his testicles immediately, this may indicate testicular cancer. Encourage him to be evaluated immediately.
