Also, is it true as Apple says on it's website that Apple computers don't crash? I find that hard to believe, but it could be my IBM PC mindset.

Yes I would...Macs are far superior as far as stability and despite their lack of teen (13+) games, it is still a good system.

Is it true that they don't crash? No...but you really need to try hard to make it crash.

Apple came out with Apple Boot Camp recently, beta testing still but it supports running Windows XP on an Apple machine. You may want to check it out.

Yes I would change to a Mac and I have thought about it more than once. I bought my wife a brand new iMac G5 and it is an absolute thing of beauty. Is her OS 10 crash prof? She has had the G5 for almost 6 months and it has not crashed on her once and by the way it makes zero noise. However, I like to play games and tinker on my computer constantly neither of which I would recommend doing to an iMac and that is why I still own a PC. Is a power Mac G5, 6 or 7 in my future? Maybe?

if you want to prevent the chances of Internet Attacks via, spam, viruses, hackers than it's more likely to reduce that chance switching to Mac. People that make viruses don't have time for Macintosh lmao!

Another reason to switch to Mac is for the Power of the Machine and the Graphics. But you're limited to most NEW PC games that get released since some don't get programmed for both win/mac systems.

That's about it...
I own Two PCS and one MAC and I'm selling my mac soon.

Mac and Apple are only about 2% of the computer population. Do the math. Best wishes.

Apple is a more reliable computer. As for it not crashing, I will demonstrate by throwing one out my window. But I like PCs because you can get just about any type of hardware for them since they are so common, and they're built to upgrade.
