Most of the time it is the coding of a web page - ie a bad image link. If you have an older browser (and sometimes a new one that isn't totally supported), some content will not be accessible.

go to tools, internet options...
delete cookies/cache/history..
click the content tab.. make sure the content advisor says "enable" (if it says disable then it is turned on & you'll need the admin pw to disable it)..
then click the adv tab and restore the defaults..

you also may need to install Active X controls or update your java console.

try to reboot the computer & see what happens.
