Both b and C , enzymes are catalysts which digest the food ,and break it up .
Amino acids are the building blocks of proteins they are necessary .

enzyme is for digestion . if not present food will take 5o days to digest
fatty acid for protection against cold or for shock absorbing
amino acid or proteins for protection and growth
sugar for balancing liver secretions
