My thought is air as well. Air is composed of around 2/3s part of Nitrogen. Oxygen is a much smaller amount

nitrogen in air cannot be absorbed into the human body...78% of air is nitrogen that is taken in with each inhalation, and the same % leaves the body when the air is exhaled. The main source of nitrogen in the human body is from proteins. However, I have not yet heard of any function of nitrogen in the human body.
