Okay, my ex-gf just broke up with her current boyfriend. He's being an asshole about it and I was wondering what I should say to her to help comfort her. (We're still good friends.)
Thanks!

Read her a story about something she likes and then make her some food that she likes. After this you should take her for a walk in nature. And if she needs advice, just listen. Time heals all wounds so the cliche goes. But if you really want her back, you should not be involved as the "friend" thing is not authentic.

If you two are still friends then you should try to comfort her. First of all you need to see why she broke up with him. His behavior may be why and if this is the case then it probably will not bother or suprise her that he is acting this way. It is always nice to have a friend at a time like this. You are truly committed to her (as a friend). Congrats!!

Tell her you wish her the best but that is something she is going to have to work out on her own. Tell her that you wish her the best but due to the fact you two use to date she would probably be better ask asking another one of her friends. If the guy is abusive or threatening in any way enoucrage her to call authorities. Maybe she can get a restraining order. Other than that. Stay out of it. A lot of bodies are pushing up flowers in the cemetary because of situations such as yours

depends on the way you broke up. With one of my ex's.. i'd say you coudl bring over a movie and a pack of smirnoff ice razzberry(for her) and just take her mind off it.. hopefully a comedy or something to cheer her up. If it was a different ex.. i'd hold her down and cut her nose and ears off. So it's up to you but definately one of those...
