I have been in a relationship with my boyfriend for the last 8 years, the last year we have grown apart, I started focusing and me and getting toned all type of guys started asking me out and I love the attention. My boyfriend confessed that he had cheated earlier in the relationship and it broke my heart but I never said that I was an angel. I met a guy 6 months ago and adore him, he is everything that my boyfriend is not, but I do not see a long term relationship like I do with my boyfriend. Should I stay or should I go.

If you ask, you doubt. I would go for now. The man you are supposed to be with will come along eventually, no matter who he is. You are more important than worrying about the future with any guy. Let things happen for you and only you.

Remember, you won't always be young and "toned". When you are older and have children, a house payment and just want some one greet you at the end of a long day with a smile and and a hug, who would you choose, your long time boyfriend, the guy you adore right now, or maybe there is some one else in your future? Don't make a hasty decision. Good Luck.

If you believe there is no potential in the other guy then stick with your guy and freshin' it up a bit. Do old romantic things to get things going again. Express how you feel to one another. Talk and listen and be asborbed in your love. If you think you might want a break then discuss this with him openly. You obviously have something if you've been together this long. Realise though that if you take a brake then their is no gaurentee that he will wait on you. As far as the cheating goes... if it is a dead issue don't re-stir it up. If not, tell him it hurt but you are glad he told you and was honest! Then ask him why/what, in his opinion, that he thought he wanted or needed from someone else?
much love, hang in there

it's your decision... weigh your options, use some kind of points system maybe... which takes into consideration how your head feels, how your heart feels, and how you think things will play out in the long run... ten years from now. (otherwise known as the pros and cons list)

I would tell him you need space to found out if it is really love you feel for him. It sounds like to me you need that right now. You need to see other guys that is one way of finding out. It sounds to me that this is what you want to. Don't tie yourself down to one man until you are sure that is what you want. Better to find out now then later.
