You have got it figured out completely. I do not think they realize the turn off to all moderates - both parties.

Um sweetie, you got it wrong. Some Liberals are Democrats, and some Democrates are conservative. There are parties within the parties. But all liberals are not Democrates. And all Democrates are not Liberal. The same thing is true of the Republican Party. Politics is a very unethical business, based on ethics oddly enough. The real issues can easily get sidestepped by moralistic social issues, the issues of personal freedom.

It's all just a lot of nonesense. Keep an open mind and don't worry about the party thing when it comes time to vote. Vote for the person who seems to you has some good ideas for the country. It doesn't matter whether the current group comes from the Dem or Rep party because all any of them do who have been in Washington for awhile is to name call and point fingers at the other side. They don't care about what their constituents want.

The Democratic party has and is destroying itself. Just look at Bill and Hilary Clinton. The damage they have caused the democrats is just one example. The dems have lost touch with the American people.

Because they are sore losers. If it is Republican, it must be bad is the reason they keep loosing. Most people see through this rhetoric and just vote for the best person, and the best decisions, regardless of party.

I am liberal and I don't tow party lines. There are many democratic views that I believe in. And a few republican views I follow.
