Seasonal is taken for 3 months straight and then you get your period and start again for 3 months. when you first start you may not actually make it to 3 months you may have some break through bleeding . if you do, allow yourself to bleed then start the pills again on the sunday after your peirod started. it may take up to 9 months before you actually make 3 months without break through bleeding.. long terms affects of this therapy are currently unknown.
