Jeep: yes. They are a division of Daimler Chrysler.
Acura: No. They are a division of Honda (Japanese).

But there are Honda/Acura assembly plants in Canada and the U.S.

Jeeps are American made. An Acura is considered an import, though some newer models of Acura are made in the U.S.

acura IS considered domestic. its the same as honda but in japan, they don't sell acuras, they sell hondas. same goes for nissan-infiniti and toyota-lexus
