If you are pregnant, then you will not have your period. Every month your body releases an egg, and the lining of your uterus thickens to accomodate that egg. If that egg isn't fertilized, then your body disposes of it and the bloody uterine lining that results in your period. If you are pregnant, The egg stays in the uterus and the lining cushions the egg as it develops. Your body stops releasing eggs at this time. Since no eggs are being flushed out when you are pregnant, you don't have your period.

You could always try another pregnany test because if it's too soon, the test won't be able to detect that you are pregnant. You could also go to the doctor and get a pofessional test done to make sure.

Yes, you can be pregnant and still have your period. However, the symptoms you're describing sounds like regular period effects to me. As you get older your period and its effects on your body changes. These could be new symptoms. I would wait and see how you feel after this period. If you feel the same after your period has ended then take another prego test or go to the doctor for a blood test. You don't want to let this go on much longer if there's a strong possibility that you're pregnant.

Yes, you can be pregnant and have your period. I am and I do. I have the same problems as you, and my test was negative. The doctor told me I was when I went in, because I guess I already knew I was. You should see the doctor and get a blood test, that will tell you for sure! Good Luck!!

More tired? Bloated? Nausea? Could be lotsa things besides being preggers. If it persists over a week...go the doctor.

Bloating, nausea and tiredness are common symptoms of a period.

However, you should add a daily vitamin to your routine (if you don't take one already that is)...this will help with the fatigue.

My youngest is now 5 months and until my 7th month of pregnancy I had a period. (or what I thought was a period)

I had a pregnancy test one at home and one at the drs both were negative

I still felt like i was and felt horrible so he had me take a blood test, and waaaa laaa I was pregnant

But of course I am diabetic and went through this with both of my boys my oldest is 6. So maybe that is my cause.....

You can still have your period when you are pregnant. It happened to my friend. Wait a day or so and take another test. Good luck!

No. But the tiredness and nausea are normal for early pregnancy. If you don't feel "right" you should check in with a doctor.

Yes, the possibility that you are pregnant is high. But the best way to know is go with a doctor.

If you are not pregnant maybe you are sick.
