I don't know, but my girlfriend was carrying twins and she did'nt find out until she was 4 months. She is on the heavy side so I don't know if that's why it took awhile for it to show. But it's normal for her to be sick like that even if she's not pregnant with twins.I have a 10 year old and I stayed sick with her all the up until I had her.

The only way to tell if she's pregnant with twins is an ultrasound showing two heatbeats. She needs to contact her O/B?GYN.

normal for Any pregnancy, not just twins. Twins usually run on the mother's side. It doesn't matter if they run on the father's side.
