There's no requirements, you just gotta be good enough. The Denver Nugget's Earl Boykins is only 5-5.

it doesnt matter how tall you are. You have to be drafted, usually out of college basketball. When you get into the NBA, your trainer gives you a system and you have a certain weight that you need to be. Good luck with your future plans! =)

The one answer i heard was mugsy was 5'2 and that's wrong, Mugsy was 5'9, but there are no requirements, just that you're fast if you're short, you have great desire for the game, and that you're a great player despite your height
