Look at it this way, you're much better off without a guy, than with a guy who treats you badly, (beats you, disrespects you... etc.) Being without a boyfriend doesn' t have to be lonely! Being alone and being lonely are two different things. Do you have family, do you have friends? Spend more time with them! :) If there is something that you like to do, a hobby, a sport, a special interest, do that! Volunteer, go to festivals, get out and do things that make YOU happy. Because you need to please yourself before you can be pleasing to others. The best advice someone ever gave me was to stop looking, and geez, I did stop looking. And would you know... 2 days later, I found him in the produce department at Stop & Shop... ;) Remember, love isn't something we chose, it's something that happens. Don't force it, hurry it or otherwise try to manipulate it, you will only end up hurting or disappointing yourself. Best of wishes to you! Muah!

I'm 18 and i have found love but i couldn't keep it (her parents were crazy) so I am just waiting all alone for that special someone too. I think we will all have the chance for love, we just have to look beyond the skin, and beyond the name and find out what we really want. When you have the chance go for it, just don't be easy. You can find it in the place you least expected, or i't can be right under your nose. There is someone out there for you it's just a matter of finding that person. But i think you will know when it happens. If you still go to highschool it'll be easier. Im graduated and it sucks because i have no way of meeting people. So i'm also waiting. But hell, who isn't?

I found it in the most unusual of places. Let God write your love story. If you're too anxious, you might be tempted to settle for less. Don't do that. Wait for the best, and save yourself for Mr. Right. He'll come at just the right time.

While you might not be with someone now, you will soon. Just enjoy being young and have fun. There will be a ton of guys in the future, but in the mean time have fun and dont' stress about guys.

Mr. Perfect doesn't exist. Try finding a friend first. Meet LOTS of people and talk to everyone............you never know what may happen. Focus on loving yourself first.

Just be patient, be yourself and someone will come along. He may not be Mr. Perfect the first time, but give it time. Best!
