The computer is what tells the fuel pump to turn on. I had the same problem, no 12v to the fuel pump. I looked in a Chilton's an learned that the computer turns on the fuel pump via a relay. I changed the computer and solved the problem. Try a salvage yard for the computer ($35.00).
Good Luck

3 issues the motor would desire to run are spark, oxygen, and gas. in view which you have replaced the gas pump, it may look that gas isn't the subject except that is an electric powered gas pump. you have a gas module on the vehicle this is purely a small pc designed to meter the gas and the air. If that is out, then your automobile won't commence, or it is going to run very extra or less would desire to it commence. i visit assume which you do not have any situation with the air in view that's the least in all probability situation, and that leaves us with the spark. you have a working laptop or pc situation or any variety of different issues. i think of, except you will be a lot extra particular, you will desire to get a mechanic to look at it. in case you understand anyone who's extra effective than the familiar shade tree, or driveway, mechanic, you will desire to confer with him or visit a save you have faith. yet then you definitely've have been given the towing bill to think of roughly too. that could be a annoying nut, yet i think you do not have the understanding needed to describe in adequate component what your situation is and, as a result, would desire to discover a specialist close to you to guard the fix.

If you had no power to pump then why did you replace? Try replacing the fuel pump relay but stringly sugest you take it to a repair shop for proper diagnostic.

I like all the answers above mine but I agree most with the first answer. Check the switch in the back end of the car first to see if it has a reset. Good Luck!

it might have an emergency shut off wich can be triped very easily look in the back for any removeable pannels if you have one it should be located there they are real easy to rest most of them
FUEL PUMP KILL SWITCH IS IN LEFT REAR OF TRUNK, BEHIND TRIM PANEL. FUEL PUMP RELAY IS IN CONSTANT CONTROL

Look for an enertia switch. Trace the wire from the back of the car. If it has a switch, it may be close to the rear fender inside the car.
