what is the best way to make money without getting a job.? My little cousin whose nine wants to make money to pay for an art set she wants so she wants to do a lemonade stand or something but she wanted me to help so this is my contribution : supervising and then asking the world what we should do.I was thinking a puppet show. She luvs to make things so she'll say she wants to do it by herself and then All I have to do is buy some string and print a flyer. Simple as that. Itlll only go a day which means I can go to the mall the next day but she's been calling me everyday asking what she thinks we should do and none of us can think of anything yet. Help!

Try chores and maybe a paper route, I had to work hard for many years to get to the point that I didn't have to work a non art job and do my art on the side.
I am now in my 11th year of doing art exclusively for a living because people helped me, instead of discouraging me.
It's a tough road to do, but all artist seem to have a tough road in life.
Maybe an eBay auction of some of her current art, may give her a boost in life. I am not joking about that, stranger things have worked.

Get out some old toys and games you guys are tired of and have a for kids only garage sale.Also books and clothes.You can probably make 20 to 25 dollars or more.

The lemonade stand is a great idea! My kids used to make koolaid and freeze it in paper cups, then sell them. Let me tell you, they really cleaned up, especially when it was hot outside. I had a large freezer, and it was full in the morning, and empty by evening.
