I have 2 periods each month how do you tell when your ovulating.?

what u should do is what I'm going to do is go to any drug store and get a kit it will be about 20-30 and carry 7-10 tests.then u don't need to wonder when Ur ovulating u know when.

Get a basal thermometer from a drugstore (different from a regular thermometer and far more accurate) and take your temperature on awakening each morning. Keep track of it. When you are ovulating it will rise. You have 48 hours to take advantage of the situation.

have you just got off of birth control ?that happend to me when I got off the pill but now Im regulating better I can never tel that im ovulating because im not that into stuff like that but good luck though if your trying to get pregnant

you are on both cause when you ovulate you release a hormone that lets the body know and if the egg is not fertilized and implanted you discharge it

U should get it sorted out, otherwise you will a have your menapause too early, when you should be still young and fertile.

i dont know but it differs on you inheritance so ask your mom if she has it 2 times too take a test
