Sorry, I am an old fart. Not going to be rude or obnoxious, just it does nothing for me, even on women. Ears are OK, I am just not one who likes anything else.

Why not get an arrow through your brain? Obviously, you aren't using it anyway. Are you aware of the dangers of hepatitis, HIV and even AID's, not to mention infections from piercing? So do go ahead and follow this latest mindless fad. I hope it's really painful.
