There is nothing wrong with a two year age difference. You might hear about it for awhile especailly if it is your first year in high school, but don't let what people say split the two of you up if you like each other. Sometimes HIGH SCHOOL kids think they are cooler then middle schoolers, but guess what when everyone graduates high school in a few years, no one remembers things like a few year age difference. Good luck to the both of you and have a great summer.

I don't think that 2 yr age difference is no problem. There is a 2 yr age difference between my husband and I, he is 29 and I am 27. When I was a sophomore 95-96' in h.s. my husband if he would of graduated (he dropped out-but got his GED)would of already graduated high school. Put it this way there would of been a 3yr grade difference between husband and I if he would of graduated. When you go to your high school reunion no one will remember the age diffence.

My fiance is 3 1/2 years younger then me. I was in college and he was just getting ready to graduate high school when we started dating. Sure, we are older, but it really all depends on the people, not how old they are (as long as it is legal of course, no child molestation now)

no it is not bad cause age is just a number. After highschool it dosn't really matter anyway. However while in school it can become a very uncomfortable situation. Just follow your heart

I have a 14 year gap between my b/f and I. We don't seem to mind. I believe it's totally up to the individual. If you're OK w/ it and so is he, then why worry!?

Not yet but when you are 18 it may if it reaches a certain level. I am not sure how close you are to this age.
