Everyone says that the razr is easy to brake, but some people that own them tell me different.

I have one and I love it. I have had no problems with mine and have had it for almost a year now.

I bought a neat hard case that snaps over the phone. The hard case is supposed to protect it from scratches and falls. It came in colors and mine is blue. I bought it on ebay.

This is the worst phone ever made. I work in customer care for cingular and easily 75% of the calls are about malfunctioning razrs. Either the screen dies, the battery won't charge, the ringtone keeps constantly changing, text messages stop working, it constantly drops calls even while getting full reception, it fries the sim and deletes your address book and ringtones... the stupid thing has been recalled three times due to manufacturing defects and faulty components.

If you like that kind of a design, but want a phone that is actually good, get a SLVR.

I used a RAZR for about a week and returned it. Very low sound volume made it almost impossible to hear. Very short battery life - had to be recharged every other day - when new! Slow user interface due to all the animations and graphics which are hard to change. Non-standard headphone connector. Beautiful outer design, but not a useful phone.

I have a Razr Phone. It is not an excellent phone, it is good. The key pad is very sensitive and so is the lcd screen. It is a very delicate phone. Wish its cover was sturdy. If given an chance I would not have bought this phone. Even the battery life is bad. It needs to be charged every day. You miss one day, it dies off by next day end.

I'm a specialist about buying mobile phones and yes, razr is a bad phone so don't buy it.I suggest you better buy Sony Ericsson flip phones because for a cheaper price,it's functions and features are much better.

Ands its had a battered life, poor lil thing has been dropped like soooo many times, but its still in excellent condition, the features on it are great too, like hooking up to the net is really simple! Ring tones are fantastic and pictures and photo's are pretty darn cool! lol Love it!

It is a good phone for features. Its keypad is a little hard and I feel it can snap at the hinge if not properly handled
