thats all just part of growing up. i feel the same exact way and its wierd. just live with it, its not good or bad it just happens to everyone so dont worry youre not the odd one out.

have you gone through any recent major life changes? Like somebody died? Major mood swings can sometimes be a sign of depression or some other mental health issue. If those feelings continue like that for longer than 2 weeks i suggest you seek a counselor, it's nothing to be ashamed of, you just could need help dealing with it.

maybe you should see your family doctor about a mood disorder. As a medical student, I've so far learned that exercise can treat some forms of depression, but more severe mood disorders require medical treatment. Hope you get sorted out:)

how old are you? these feelings may be related to your age due to hormones...BUT if otherwise, how long have these feelings been occurring...a couple of days, 1 week, several months, a year?
