Married with children--especially three (I had 4) is a tough job for anybody. I would assume that she is taking care of them while you work. You must communicate to work this out. Is she leaving-going out when you come home? That would be different than if she just needs a break-to relax-which she probably has not done all day. When the little ones finally do go to bed--talk this out. Make sure you both give eachother your own special time! It sounds like to me you both are giving all to the kids and leaving nothing left for yourselves. All five of you have needs that have to be addressed.

Is she a stay at home mom? If so, do you think she enjoys working 24 hours a day? Give the girl a break and look after the kids...it will do them good to have an active father...

Don't you think that SHE is tired either from watching the 3 children all day or from working herself? Besides, the dad has to spend quality time with his children, just like the mom.

Having kids is a 24 hour a day job. You really are not babysitting for her--you are caring for your own children--get used to it!

Does she work outside of the home? If not, she should give you a break if you are the sole supporter. Are they your kids? If not, too bad.
