sent email to my boy friend, proposed breaking up since his attitudes toward our relation really bother me. In his reply, he appologized for things he has done and let me know the reasons.
At the end of his email " but we can be friends OR ? "
What does he mean by OR? What does he think?

Obviousli, he wants to break up too, coz he states clearli that he wld juz want to be friends from now on. However, his OR may convey no special meaning, it may juz be that he dsn't wana sound lyk he's forcing u to be his friend, so he's leac=ving the decision to u. U either be friends OR u chop pff from him completeli.

well, i think he might mean that he wants to get back with you by saying "OR" especially because he was explaining the things and appologizing, you know?

it kinda sounds like his "OR" means "its up to you". (seeing you're the one who proposed breaking up)

like he's apologised etc and now its left up to u whether u forgive him & wana stay together or still wana break-up...
