Well I too, am a mother of three. I spend a lot of time surfing the net (yahoo answers, aim, myspace, yahoo games, etc.), but just also took up crocheting. I actually really enjoy crocheting. It helps calm my nerves. I take the kids to the park a lot. I heard scrapbooking is a good hobby, but it seems too detail orientated to me. You could really get involved with gourmet cooking, or ebay is a good financial choice (you would just have to figure out what you would want to sell), you could join some type of women's group or mother's group at your/a church. There are some ideas. If you get any more creative ideas, let me know TOO!!!!

hun there are so many things you could do. You could start scrapbooking. Since you have a family im sure there are many oppurtunitys to take pictures. It's nice to have an album full of precious memories and i find that scrapbooking is one of the best ways to capture those memories. You could also make your own greeting cards. Just find a craft store and you'll find all kinds of supplys for scrapbooking and card making. Also, you could bake and cook. Some people don't enjoy this, i do. So if this appeals to you, get busy in the kitchen, creating yummy meals and deserts or snacks. Seriously i could spend hours, if not my whole day in the kitchen. Between cleaning, taking taking care of the kids and having some hobbies such as the ones i mentioned, you will find that your days go by quickly and you will find that you feel very good about yourself. When i do these things i feel so confident and good about myself. I also feel like i've acomplished a lot. Another hobby that i like is gardening. You could spend hours planting. I like to grow thingd from seed. You can also include your children in the gardening too...use it as a learning experince for them.
I hope this has helped...so go have fun girl!

I'm afraid that's too nebulous a question to truly offer a satisfactory answer to. Try many different things, and you might find something that's really worth doing a second or third time. Me, I'd reccomend learning how to draw. You don't really need much other than a pencil and a piece of scrap paper, and you don't have to be good at it the first time; it takes practice to learn how to get better at it, but unlike some things, you don't have to follow a strict regiment. You start by drawing a few lines and some abstract squiggles, and then you move on slowly to more complicated figures.

What do you LIKE to do. I do crafts to compliment my business products. It's a lot of fun and I learn as I go. Do you have a craft store close by? Mine is A.C. Moore and I get such great ideas from there and they also offer classes. If I see something I have an interest in I can go there & learn how to and am always thinking of how to make things to create "gifts" that I sell at fairs, craft shows.... Check you local paper and online for where the shows are. Another place to look is you local tv station web site. They usually have a section where local events are happening that may not be in your paper.
Good Luck to YOU!

There isn't any such factor as a interest that doesn't contain cash on a few stage. Even puzzles are very time drinking however you need to purchase them. You can check out builing hen residences or mannequin automobiles or mannequin airplanes however that each one includes cash on a few foundation as you need to purchase the fabric. Unless anyone offers it to you. In a couple of months check out constructing a snow castle. That could be completly cash unfastened.

Hi. I'm a mommy too! Try Punch Embroidery. You can make lots of stuff for the kids or yourself. Purr-fect punch sells on ebay and its so easy its not funny. You fill in the pattern with yarn. Later you could expand on it. Try it. Its cheep too. There is also the easy punch that runs with batteries or plug it in. Below are just a few of the many sites for this hobby.

You could join Yahoogroups that pertain to subjects of interest to you: http://groups.yahoo.com/
You could play Sudoku: http://www.websudoku.com/
You could set up a shop on eBay and make some $$ in your spare time: http://pages.ebay.com/api/merchantkit.html
