Iceman is my favorite X-Man, but I'm going to have to go with Juggernaut, especially if we're talking the version with the power of the Crimson Bands of Cyttorak, as opposed to the more watered-down goody-two-shoes version in Excalibur who has lost some of his power. Juggernaut is, by definition, unstoppable. This is someone who can go toe-to-toe with Hulk & Sentry. His invulnerability force field would protect him from Iceman's powers, & if he could ever get close enough to Iceman, victory is assured. Iceman's best course of action would be to try to slow down Jughead until help could arrive. Maybe we should put them in a race, so Iceman would have a chance.

Actually, if it happened in the next issue of X-men... it would be Iceman, and fairly easily. Here's why.
First, he lost the Cyttorak gem. Somehow, he kept the armor, but he was vastly depowered. He isn't much stronger than Spider-Man right now. He has no force fields, no psionic shield, no invulnerability and no unstoppability.
Second, Iceman is WAY stronger in current comics that most people give him credit for. He can basically control every atom in his body, and every piece of matter containing any moisture whatsoever. He has been smashed into a million pieces. He just reforms as vapor. He can jump in a river, and travel at about the speed of sound to the other side of the river, and re-materialize. And the more ice he conjures on his body, the stronger he gets, meaning his raw strength is near the hundred ton press mark - a bit less than where Juggie used to be when he was real big and bad.
Juggie WITH Cyttorak gem? Probably a no contest, since Ice couldn't swap punches with Juggernaut, couldn't trap him, but no amount of smashing Iceman will stop the fight.

Of course Juggernaut, he is and unstoppable force. Iceman can't do anything. Juggernaut would just break Iceman's ice... and He would break Iceman into pieces just like what Colossus did to him in Age of Apocalypse..

Since Juggernaut is an "unstoppable force" once moving, Iceman would be pretty helpless in stopping him, his ice would do nothing to Juggernaut. All Juggs has to do is get ahold of Icey and its lights out.
Then again, Juggernaut is my favorite marvel character, so Id take him over anyone pretty much.

Unless the Iceman could totally freeze the Juggernaut, he stands a snowballs chance in hell (pardon the expression):)

Juggernaut. He cannot be stopped. Anything Iceman does would just slow him down, and eventually Juggy will throw a bus and it will careen into Bobs brain and he will die.
