I think that you are just a little restless ove the sudden death of your brother. I wouldn't tell you to just relax or be strong. I think its best that you talk to your doctor about it. Maybe he or she could suggest some sessions of therapy as you gradually recover from the death in your family.

Your asking for help now! Even though there will be people who judge you, you must get help. Just talkin to someone will ease your mind a bit. I'm not saying it's easy, but it's a start. I'm very sorry about your brother, but you can and will be able to get past how you feel now if you seek help. God loves you as I'm sure many others around you do. Please don't give up and seek professional help!

If you don't want to go anywhere to get help at least start by joining a online support group for greiving. It really got me started dealing with things although it hurt like hell. It was good just to have someone to talk to that really knew what I was going through.

Part of the problem you do not want to face the day. You have to make up your mind that life is worth living and that you are going to make it.

Ask God to help you, talk to Jesus tell Him about what you feel, find a Pastor to speak to. talk to trusting friend.

you can know that you arent alone. grieving is a hard process to go through. i can tell you that suicide is not the answer. suicide is a permenant solution to a temporary problem. i wont judge you, i promise. ive had to do the grieving thing. besides, if you took your life that would mean that your parents would have to bury another child. dont put them through that again...please please please!!! you need a support system of people who care. i'm willing to be a part of your support system. just contact me if you want to talk.

You are depressed, and it is normal after such a tragedy. See a doctor about it, he will not judge you. He will be able to help with either medication (not permanent) and/or counseling referral.
