Superman can fly everywhere, so why ask about running? :)
Yes, it will eventually be bad for you because the constant & repeated impact can cause all kinds of issues with your knees, feet and legs.

Its not bad as long as you run with running shoes. You know, the shoes that have the shox or something to help your feet. But maybe you should maybe cut that down to like 4 days a week or something. Man after a month you'll have huge legs, calves and butt.

Running is good for you.
Think about this, before we had cars, trains and other vehicles, the only way we could move about was on foot.
Also, we were originally living in the jungle, hunting for food.
So, The human body is designed to assist running. It wont be bad for your legs as they are designed to withstand it.

Yeah it can be hard on your body. After awhile to much stress is put on your legs and knees. Also if you don't warm up first and just start running you can hurt your heart. Not warming up and just going fast like that could give you a heart attack or other heart problems. Be careful.

That sounds like a delusion to me, there are a lot of folk available that run commonplace. in spite of the undeniable fact that i could propose basically working like 5 cases a week so which you would be able to get some breaks in. you would be able to desire to be working your legs slightly too a lot yet no longer being waiting to run lower back sounds slightly absurd.
