She likes me and my friend. I've known her for 1 year. I've been to her house and we've hung out before. My friend likes her too. Should i make my move first? What should i say?

A year is more than enough time to have known a girl, if you don't make a move that would just be crule!
I know what it's like to know someone likes you but they won't ask you out... And it's totally sucks butt.
Ask her to go out and do something with you, something fun and not boring (movies are boring)
you know she likes you so.. what are you waiting for?

i think you should make the move first. reveal what you really have to offer to the girl. don't wait until she asks u or your friend because that will turn out all wrong. tell her how you really feel when you're around her and make her feel complimented.

Yes, you should ask her out before your best friend does because if you really want her and you want to care about her then you should ask her out!!! If not then forget all about it and let your friend take over. THEN DEAL WITH IT!!!!!
