Have you actually read any of the answers to these questions? There are a lot of people on here that know what they are talking about. Now of course you get the occasional moron ie one person asked why you have to get your period in order to get pregnant and someone answered "so all the blood comes out to make room for the baby" but still a lot of people on here know a lot of things from personal experiance that can help, not to metion professionals in each field that know what they are talking about.
