If you a teenager, it shouldn't be. For a mature person who should know the consequences of a sexual relationship it is the next logical phyiscial and emotional step.
When younger people think they are muture, pregnancy, stds.
self worth, exploitation, reputation and their virginity is lost.
So, a strong relationship doesn't always have to be pyhsical.
You could be best friends for life, have a like a brother or sister and never have sex with a friend.

It doesn't. I love my cat, but I'm not going to have sex with it. I love chocolate, but I cannot have sex with it, even if i wanted to. I loved my parents, Parents love their children...... the list goes on, WITHOUT the sex.

Love does not always mean sex and sex is not always love.
You can love someone totally and completely and not have sex with them.
And you can have great, wild, passionate sex and not love your partner.
